She built the room she wished had existed.
Meghann Conter launched The Dames after one too many pitch fests, dry chicken dinners, and business cards that went straight into a drawer. What started in Denver in 2015 became a global movement of 400+ women across six continents who will tell you it's the best professional decision they ever made.
She's an improv-trained facilitator, a champion of vulnerability as a business strategy, and living proof that laughter and serious growth belong in the same room.
