I work with independent healthcare practice owners to structure their business so they can step away for 30 days or more without a decrease in revenue or patient care.
What was the Ask you made of The Dames community?
I explained in our Dames virtual chapter meeting and in my Power Partner coffee chats that I was conducting research — I was looking to interview healthcare professionals in private practice across all disciplines, with a goal of 25 interviews.

What did you learn about making clear, concise, doable asks in a high-caliber community?
Unlike asking for client referrals, this felt so much easier — because I was asking members to support a project that would genuinely help their contacts. People were really willing to help, especially once I had a ready-to-go text, DM, and email they could easily copy and paste.

“In a short time, I've landed 4 podcast interviews, grown my email list, and — most significantly — interviewed 55 practice owners total while being connected to over 100 through warm introductions I never had before. I directly attribute that opportunity to the credibility the report gave me, and to a conversation that grew out of the interview process.”
