During the registration process for this Roundtable, we pre-screen participants to maintain the integrity of the revenue requirement for Dames membership.

You’ll get to know these other potential members as well as our leaders and facilitators, who are current members of the community.

When applying for membership, our detailed application process vets potential members to ensure that they either lead and grow their own 6,  7, or 8-figure company or nonprofit, or hold Director/equivalent and higher roles in large organizations. 

We’re also able to spot “business card stabbers” from a mile away - we filter for women who instead:

• Take consistent, aligned action toward and celebrate personal and professional growth equally
• Trade high-stress for high-caliber and ceaselessly confront the myth of the "virtuous hustle"
• Desire to "get out of serious," knowing that laughter and joy are vital to limitless growth
• Are influential and collaborate fearlessly, share vulnerably, and thrive in authentic connection

You will only meet women playing and above at your level in our pitch-free community - that’s a guarantee.

The Dames is a pitch-free community; you will not be sold to. Instead, you’ll meet your best collaborators and thought partners.

Last, when you join our global community, your network will reach well beyond your backyard, and unlike other organizations we do not track your performance or activity within The Dames.

There is no minimum participation / time commitment in The Dames.

Our membership is a “choose your own adventure” structure designed to support you in building the relationships, gaining tangible skills, or receiving mastermind support you need in as little as 2-4 hours a month.

By leveraging our Strategic Matchmaking service and Power Partner Process, you can connect with other Dames at and above your level without wasted time so that you can cross-refer, mastermind, and increase your footprint.

YES. Many members simply leverage our Strategic Matchmaking service to inform us who they need to know and we hand pair them with the right collaborators.

Our concierge matchmaking service makes the introductions, and you schedule the conversations when timing is best.

Other members use our Video Library, Member Directory and Online Forums when they don’t have the time to attend networking or education events. They can still link, level-up and learn on the go!
