Drawing from concepts presented in the book: Startup, Scaleup, Screwup: 42 Tools to Accelerate Lean & Agile Business Growth by Jurgen Appelo, this session will include education, discussion and action planning to help your business run smoothly during the summer months and beyond.
We’ll address the fact that within any company, different business models can be at different stages. Knowing what to do at what stage is key to success. Scaling up too early or not recognizing when it’s time to innovate parts of your business can lead to mistakes or missed opportunities throughout the year. Â
