Come into a wise women’s council where your experience is valued, your ambition is understood, and you can receive as generously as you give. Through intimate, trusted relationships, we bring business wisdom and feminine creativity together to shape a future that supports your prosperity, purpose, and life.
- Generally for owners generating $250K+ (or close!) in annual revenue, including first-time business owners. If you’ve had a revenue dip, we still encourage you to apply! Women who previously built six- or seven-figure businesses are also encouraged to apply, even if their current venture generates less than $250K.
- Existing members complete an application and may be contacted for a brief interview.
- New members complete an application and a 30-minute interview with The Dames team to ensure a mutual fit and readiness to both contribute to and benefit from the Council.
