DAWN MULLARNEY...wholeheartedly wants to help other women succeed and is driven by the belief that we should shamelessly bring our brilliance and true selves to the world. Passionate about connecting with people and connecting them with each other. Most people also know Dawn as a unique connector, past co-host of a podcast and from her active community involvement—we were lucky enough to meet her on a rare moment when she was standing still (instead of snowboarding, sailing, hiking, scuba diving...you name it, Dawn does it all)!
The Dame of Influence Panel
Maddy Niebauer is the founder and CEO of vChief, a fractional executive business. Maddy founded vChief in 2016 in order to help growing businesses meet their talent needs when they weren't ready for or in need of a full-time executive. They started with virtual part-time chiefs of staff, and have expanded to offer COO and executive director support. vChief works with a lot of start-ups, as well as nonprofits and education organizations. vChief has grown rapidly over the years, hitting the 7-figure mark in 2019 and the 8-figure mark in 2022, and landing on the Inc.5000 list of fastest-growing private companies on the past 3 years. The team has likewise expanded to 20 full-time and over 150 part-time team members.
Prior to vChief Maddy was a chief of staff and vice president at Teach For America, did strategy consulting for nonprofits, ran a tutoring center, and served in the Peace Corps in Ivory Coast. She's a mom to three children who she's had the opportunity to world school with long-term travel abroad. She is a champion of work-life balance and instituted a 4-day work week at vChief. When she's not working, Maddy loves to be outside, hiking, camping, boating, skiing, and exploring new places with friends and family.
